Here is the finished piece of the recent "Fallout" art I created. For those of you that do not know, Fallout is a post-apocalptic video game series ( And one of my favourite franchises of ALL time). I can't believe there aren't any action figures of the game yet (C'mon NECA!), although there is an upcoming graphic novel with cover art by the great Geoff Darrow. Anyways, I hope you enjoy.

GUNSLINGER SPAWN

This is a sketch of a variation of Todd McFarlane's Spawn character published by Image Comics.I though it turned out quite well. I based the pose off a photo of the figure created of this Spawn and added my own touch to it.

SNAKE-EYES

The character in the centre is Snake-eyes in his commando outfit from the original G.I. Joe toy line and comic books from the 80s. The others are characters that had a crucial part of Snake-Eyes origin in the comics (Snake-Eyes' Sister, Stalker, Storm Shadow, Hard Master,). I'm not sure if I'll shade in the rest of the white at the top of the page or not, but anyways, I hope you enjoy!

My scanner couldn't fit in the entire peice, so Durge (The big guy) is missing a peice of his hand, my original signature is missing also and several parts of the droid in the bottom right corner. Web comics are great. They're free, accessible if you have internet, and are usually pretty good. I've been reading the comics at Vgcats.com for a couple years now being the gamer I am, and just discovered Dr. McNinja.com a couple days ago (It was mentioned in one of my many ToyFare magazines) and fell in love with the hilarious and whacky stories that I just had to tell someone about it. If you haven''t read The Adventures of Dr. McNinja, go to the nearest computer as soon as possible and read it!

STAR WARS KotOR: CASSUS FETT

The (Older) Fett Man

I am a huge Star Wars fan so it's about time I drew some Star Wars stuff. The guy you see here is Mandalorian Neo-Crusader, Cassus Fett, who's in the KotOR (Knights of the Old Republic) comic series my friends and I read. And if you've ever played the KotOR video games, you'll know that this look is really similiar to Bendak Starkiller's armour except the only difference is the cape-thingy on Cassus, colour, and the fact that I armed Cassus with a vibro-sword. I think I'll have a Star Wars character drawn every week to keep myself in check with drawing and the blog. Next week will probabley be Kyle Katarn!

I did this peice in prisma colour markers and ink. I edited it a little on Gimp to give it that 'Smudged' effect. I really love the character, he's right up there with some of my favorite characters like Hellboy and The Question. I based the pose of Dr. Fate off of some pictures of the DCUC figure of himself that I found online since I have yet to find the figure in stores. I think it's better than my older version ( Which is an Earlier post).... Hope you enjoy, although keep in mind that I drew this on paper practically the size of "basic computer paper", so some slop is visible.

Spartans Don't Look at Explosions...

Halo EOD (Coloured)This is the original peice. The character is a spartan in EOD armor from Halo, walking away from his warthog (Vehicle) after it was ambushed by the Covenant ( The Aliens) in the desert. I added the small skull on his chest and put those "tally" symbols spread out on his chest and shoulders as if each scratch represented someone the character has killed. I haven't finished the sky yet because I don't have the right Prismacolor markers for it, and I don't want to ruin the peice by screwing up on the colors.

Halo EOD (Noir) I edited the original image on my computer and turned it into a Black & White peice. I think I like the original better :P.

This Island Earth!!!

The Metaluna Mutant This peice was based off of the old sci-fi movie (And novel) called "This Island Earth" which was released in 1955. I took the pose of the Metaluna Mutant from a screenshot of the movie off of google and added my own touch to it. I used one prismacolour marker (Warm grey), and numerous pens to make the peice.

Grifter (WildC.A.T.S.)

This scan only shows about half of the sketch (Because it's not finished). I plan on adding city scape to the background and some shades of ink to the sides of the sketch. The shoulders are too big, but it's to late to fix it now.

Grendel (Hunter Rose)

These two sketches are both "Works in progress". I'm going to make Grendel's head a little smaller ( The first head I drew was HUGE, yet it's still big) and make his body parts equal with one another. I'll also clean up the pencils a little bit. I 'm a newer fan of Grendel ( Having just read Batman\ Grendel issues 1-2) and thought the character looked "Easy enough" to draw, so I gave him a go.

Here are some pastel peices I did for a school project. This is when I was new to the pastel medium, so it's pretty sloppy. I tried to make these peices "cartoonish" yet ancient looking, not to realistic. The Ronin peice I created on an early Monday morning and it only took about 20 minutes. The Feudal era of Japan interests me, so it was only a matter of time before I created a peice like this.

Yet another horrible scan... I did this a while ago ( 5 Months back) when my inking skills weren't very good and I had to used a liquid ink pen. I later used some of my PITT artist pens on it. This was done on that, small, basic Computer paper also.

Zombie Pilot ( With Skull Gas Mask)

Here is just a quick sketch of a character I created that turned into a finished peice. I didn't use any pencil, just a liquid ink pen, a PITT artist brush ( It's faded because the ink is almost out) and black pastel. The head isn't actually a skull but some sort of mask\helmet. He's based off of "Death" a character from an old issue of the 70s run of Ghost Rider ( Issue 48, I think).
